I think its not Radio City 91 FM.. its Radion HumTum from Dallas.

Recently they changed their frequency from 600 AM to 700AM and now this link plays some unknown-language radio.

Vishaal.. radio4fm has blocked all outside IPs. They allow only UAE ip adress.

humfm is currently down. they says.. we are temporarily not available. check back later.
