Uniform treatment

I would like to use this platform to protest the ban imposed on Billoo Pahalwan and Yeda Anna. I do not endorse the use of another members name in a post and agree that Jupiter has unnecessarily been the butt of many jokes and not just recently but since a long time. That being said I feel there must be a uniformity in rules, there have been many other cases where many members (I do not wish to name anyone) have used the name of Dengu, Narad, Lele, TG, Alibaba ...etc in posts and not just once but on a regular basis. If BP and YA have been banned then I would like to know why the other members have not been banned. My intention is not to get anyone else banned but feel that there should be a common rule base which should be uniformly applied to all members and not to a selected user base.

I have been away from this whole episode and I'm currently going through what happened

I would like to inform that the ban is temporary and will be lifted within one or two days. As I understand, the reason for banning is to serve as a warning to others to mend their ways.

My personal opinion ... There have been a lot of junk/usless replies nowadays. The level of humor in replies has gone down and members are using the forum to chat rather than write something worthy of reading.

The main reason why we come here is to read the humorous replies . If we use someone's name it should be to spice things up rather than to target someone.

Please be assured that we are discussing how to proceed and very soon the bans will be lifted.

even am telling them on my own that ban me .. if i take members name in post just for publicity........

Looks like my protest has not gone well with you :). All I am saying is that the application of rules should be uniform across the board.

1. Soni Kudi
2. Musharraf
3. Biloo Pehalwan
4. Yeda Anna

Please note anyone hence forth found mud slinging on other members will be banned permanently and no request for lifting the ban on them will be entertained

Just curious why was SK ever banned.. I know she has been unwillingly dragged into a lot of jokes.. but i thought she has never posted any comments that would be deemed vulgar.. so why was she banned?

I had no idea why SK was banned, Just saw her name in the banned list, I know her personally, have spoken to her few times, She is a very decent girl, I did not find any reason for her to be banned, hence removed the ban on her, May be the concerned Moderator who banned her can throw some light on the reasons for banning her.

Iam not aware of thier ban in CB, neither do I have the authority nor the rights to ban someone in CB, Admin Saab should know better, will request him to do the needfull

If there are moderators who are banning people without proper reason then those moderator's rights are needed to be taken away (like in case of sk if no reason was present or anytime time else that had happened).

Never did I say that the concerned moderator banned her without reason, there could be a reason, which the concerned moderator would know, which we are not aware of.

We are all friends here, be assured no member here is banned without reasons, contrary to what others feel, the moderators here are very decent and will not adhere to such practises to settle personal matters.

We as moderators of FZ have always been friendly and supportive to members here, give an example of any forum or site where you can get away with after pulling a moderator's leg, We are always first friends, and then moderators. We are like class monitors, How ever old or new, a members is, we are in the same class, we have always believed there is no senior or junior here
