Why do you visit FZ?

Guys i feel this topic may have already been touched but am unsure and feeling a bit lazy to search so i am starting a new thread anyways.

Just a brief background about why I am posting this, I was a Member of GM (Really old timers would know what GM is) and my ID there was Prince_Of_Romance, had a lot of good times on the site and i was very young then. After GM i became a member of a site called GUngali, it was a great site too and a lot of GM members were there, Unfortunately GU did not last too long and i then became a member of GH with the ID NoWuckinFurries.

After the demise of GH, i searched and waited a long time before i found FZ (I am really glad GH exists, it is the one site i do not forget to visit every day no matter what)..

Why do I come to FZ.. well the jokes are great, but i feel that it is only occasionally that someone will post a great joke, most of the jokes are repeat, rehash of some earlier jokes while some (yes some) are quite banal.

Perhaps I come to FZ not just for the jokes, but i come here because I LOVE the camaraderie that exists between the members, a lot of them have become good friends and while I may have never seen or spoken to any of you, I feel I have known you for a long long time and that you are part of my family. I look forward to posts from everyone Lele, Mastram, TG:HL; Dengu, GA, LM, Admin, GF, ER, JR, AI, IDB, UB, LB, Jupi, Billu.. in fact I like reading most posts (perhaps Shayari is not my tea anymore)

I want to thank all the people who contribute to this site (Sorry if I have not named you in my post.. but believe me I read your posts whenever you post them), and I wish to ask you why do you come to FZ.

Do you feel passionately about the site?
Is it just an escape for you while you get bored?
Do you feel like a family?
or whatever else your reasons may be...

fz is a great stress buster and i come here to meet all the members (pun accidental).

more than the jokes, its the replies and interaction between everyone that makes it addictive. the sense of humor of all the members is unique and each one adds is own flavour.

as most of the members knows that mai, mastraam, baadshah, naagraj aur chotubhai ek hi office me hain. is site par mastraam purana member hai. jab maine ye company join ki thi to mastraam ko aksar is site par dekhta tha aur us se poochta tha ki kya ye faaltu kaam me lage rehte ho. wo aksar mujhe yaha ke jokes padhwta tha. fir ek din maine socha ki mai bhi yaha join karke dekhu ki aakhir ye fundoozone kya bala hai.

yakeen maano dosto, jis din se join kiya, us din ke baad se aaj tak mai ye sochta hu ki maine pehle ye site kyu join nahi ki. itni masti, itne acche jokes, itni world class shayari, itne acche replies/ comments aur specially ek - doosre ki itni taange kheenchne ke baawjood ek - dusre ke liye itna pyar, mujhe is site se door hi nahi hone deta. hum yaha ek - doosre ki jitni taang kheenchte hain, lekin uske gam aur khushiyoo me shareek hona bhi nahi bhoolte. even jab kabhi mai chuttiyo par apne gaanv/ hometown jaata hu to sabse jyada fundoozone ko hi miss karta hu.

My story is the same as yours. I come here for de-stressing. Mostly I come here to read the replies, for me the creativity in replies is what I look for and also to read jokes. Having said that, you can read jokes anywhere, what makes FZ different from any other joke site is the atmosphere/webmosphere where you can connect to other ppl creatively.

Sunshine Ji, my apologies for not having named any women members, and I agree that while they may be outnumbered by the men on this board, their presence on the board is perhaps as desirable as of any of the other members or perhaps even more. My personal opinion is that men are inherently wild and most of us do not have manners it is women who make us civilised so having women on the board in a way helps us remain civil ;-) (Guys dont kill me for saying this) but jokes apart, Each one of us (and i speak for all the members of the board) is glad for the women members and the freshness and different perspectives they bring.. so thank you SS, SK, WC, JBilli, Lata and everyone else.. your presence was a welcome relief on GM on GH and is still important for FZ...
