"I used to be known as an item girl. Now I will be known as a no-panty girl. I should do an ad for some underwear brand with a tag line saying: 'I've got them NOW'." she laughs on her fashion faux pas. Showing indifference towards the incident, Yana explained the reason why and how it happened.

"For past three weeks I have been rehearsing for a particular dance television show. While doing all the splits and various crazy dance moves, I kept getting irritated by my panties getting stuck in my ***. Now imagine at all times I am being shot by cameras as I rehearse so it just didn't look good that after every crazy step I'm trying to adjust 'myself'. So I thought I'll sort out the issue by simply not wearing undies as I wear pants for rehearsal".

She continues, "That day I had no time to go home after rehearsal in order to make it to the charity event. I packed my bag in the morning, put my make up, dress, shoes in it but guess what I forgot! Yes I openly admit...I did forget something 'slightly' essential to pack. I just pulled my dress down every few steps, but it didn't help! I had no clue it could be seen. I had no clue till I saw the pictures today, now should I cry over this?"

Yana says such things do not matter to her. Laughing and making fun of the incident, she calls it as the officially funniest day of her life. She further requests her fans, "I have only one thing to say. For god's sake! Stop looking at those pictures! I don't want anyone getting heart attack here,"she signs off continuing her laugh.

Yana Gupta offered Rs 1 Crore for a Naked shoot

India's item girls does not need to go a long way to grab attention now. Yana Gupta has made the hard work easier for them. Yana is now reportedly being offered a whopping one crore deal by a foreign magazine. The offer, if accepted, will make Yana shed all her clothes, and be the USP of that edition of the magazine.

A British magazine has made the offer to Yana it appears.

The item girl, who could not become an established actress in Bollywood so far, seems did just a small act to gain the much wanted attention.

Recently, at none other than a charity event, the lady went without her panties. She not just missed her panties, but also wore a short mini dress, becoming the eye candy for many a camera men and audience.

To make matters more candid, Yana had back then stated that now she could be the brand ambassador for a underwear company. Yana Gupta sued for pantyless stunt

Model-turned-actress Yana Gupta is in the news again for all the wrong reasons. She hit the headlines last week for attending an international children's charity event without underwear. Now, this stunt has put her into trouble.

Yana Gupta, the photographer who clicked her pantyless photos and the organizer of the event, Sushila Nirali have been sued for the 'pantyless stunt'. Rizwan Ahmed, a social activist from Lucknow, has filed a case against the three for obscenity under section 292/ 293 and 294 of the IPC in the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow. The Magistrate has now summoned them for hearing on December 6.

"I have filed a case against Yana Gupta, the photographer who took her photograph and also the event organizer who allowed such a thing to happen at her event. It is indeed shameful that a person of Yana Gupta's repute could stoop so low for publicity. I was shocked to see the picture of the actor that appeared in papers," The Times of India quoted Ahmed as saying."What offended me most was what Yana posted on her social networking site about now being known as 'the no-panty girl.' I find this extremely offensive," he added.

Ahmed also alleged that the actress and the photographer did it intentionally to garner publicity. “Also, one may forget to dress properly at a party or in one's house, but certainly not at a public function meant for children. If it was a malfunction why didn't Yana say so when the photographs appeared or why didn't she lodge a complaint against the photographer?" Ahmed continued.

Well, it maybe recalled that Yana was photographed sans panties at an international children's charity event held recently. She tried to avoid being photographed but could not cover her short black dress. The photographers managed to get what they wanted – Yana Gupta without underwear pics.

Surprisingly, the actress laughed off the fashion faux pas rather than being embarrassed. She said that she would be now known as a ‘no-panty girl’ and that she should feature in underwear brand commercial

Yana gets panties for New Year

It seems Yana Gupta's fans will never forgive her for her 'no panty' act.

Yana, who is busy rehearsing and performing for a dance reality show informs that she got some boxes of panties from her friends and fans as her Christmas and New Year gift.

Last year the item girl shocked everyone when a tabloid carried her pictures sans panty. Apparently her 'no panty' act hasn't gone too well with her fans.
