Rather than encouraging new members, they seem to be more intent in vandalizing them.

Better save myself from the crap happening here. But i maintain, behaviour of older members is rather disappointing and demotivating.

I think you are reading too much into this. You have to understand that the USP of this site is humor and that involves banter and leg pulling. If you have any one specific that you want to point out send out a PM addressing the issue with him. Making a generic statement without any reason or rhyme is not good.

Keep posting and you will surely like it.

Pls. do not take it seriously. If any member makes any personal comment, you may report for action. Just enjoy a bit of leg pulling. Be on the other end when someone else is on receiving end. There is nothing about seniority. Even the Modz are not spared for Repeat post or rather they get more than others.

I somewhat agree with Jack. Newbies have to be encouraged and given some sort of leverage to continue posting. Initially they will post repeats and we have to be less critical of them.
